Overview of the Project

• What: A product launch (GA) for the MetaMask SDK, a development kit for web3 developers to integrate dapps to the MetaMask wallet, and expand their dapp audience.
• Audience: web3 app developers (dapps)
• Opportunity: This was the most reliable way to integrate with MetaMask without having to do additional steps or worry about bugs from any work arounds created.

Impact & Results

• This was one of the first product launches within this business line that proved to the internal teams and leadership that we had successfully built a Go-To-Market playbook with all key stakeholders involved. Full launch was halted.
• Goal was to increase adoption (onboarding dapps) and change product perception in market.
